Even though a lot of the things O.Henry wrote were so out there that it was unsettling some of them were really good. One story I liked was "Fool Killer" even though that was unsettling too. It was about a guy's drug induced imaginary friend who kills smart but foolish people.
In the story the fool killer is floating around his friend and is about to attack. Though since the fool killer is his drug induced hullisination he never kills his friend, Since he doesnt exist.
One of the short stories in the book was like reading the dialogue of cesspit irc channels which was amusing, but very cringe It's really odd seeing the n word used as a adjective to describe a waiter on a dine in rail car.

O.Henry is a crazy/eccentric 19th century short story author. My uncle sent me the book while I was in the forensics hospital because I had nothing better to do but read books or write in my journal.
